激励科技成果转化的政策环境分析

摘　　要：科技成果转化为现实生产力是科技界和经济界共同关注的问题，党和政府也十分重视，但是目前科技成果转化的现状却不容乐观。影响科技成果转化的因素有很多，本文仅从激励科技成果转化的政策环境方面入手进行分析，提出了促进科技成果转化的政策体系框架，并讨论了该政策体系的具体内容。Transferring scientific ＆ technological achievements into actual productive force is an issue commonly concerned by scientific and technological circles and economic circles, and the Communist Party and the government also attach importance to it, but the present conditions of scientific ＆ technological achievements transfer is disheartened. There are many factors affecting scientific ＆ technological achievements transfer, this article analyzes the policy environment of scientific ＆ technological achievements transfer, and proposed the policy system frame for promoting the process, in the end, we discuss the contents of the policy system.
