摘　　要：本文在国内外学者对企业家人力资本定价计量模型研究的基础上,按照期权模型计量出企业家人力资本的内在价值,利用层次分析法计算影响企业家人力资本计量因素的权重,然后根据模糊计量的数学方法衡量企业家人力资本价值发挥的效率,最后计量出企业家人力资本的实际价值。This paper, basing on the investigation of entrepreneur human capital rating measure model proposed by scholars at home and abroad, first measured the intrinsic value of entrepreneur human capital according to option model, and then figured out the agentlal weight affecting entrepreneur human capital measurement by using analytic hierarchy process, and then scaled the exertion efficiency of entrepreneur human capital according to ambiguity measurement and finally measured the real value of entrepreneur human capital.
