数字化牙片图像质量的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究数字化牙片的图像质量情况。方法:分别取前牙区、前磨牙区、磨牙区的牙片(Kodak)和两种数字化牙片各25张,评价照片上牙根及其周围组织结构的清晰程度,采用SPSS10.统计软件的t检验法对数据进行统计分析。结果:Kodak牙片能较清楚的显示所有牙的牙根及牙周的结构;两种数字化牙片能清楚地显示前牙区的牙体及牙周各部分结构,但不能清楚的显示前磨牙区和上颌磨牙区根中1/3以下的根管和牙周结构;Sirona数字化牙片可以较清楚的显示下颌磨牙区的牙根及牙周的结构,Sopro数字化牙片不能清楚的显示下颌磨牙区的根中1/3以下的根管和牙周结构。结论:数字化牙片的图像质量可以满足前牙区的临床诊断治疗的需要,不能完全满足后牙区的临床诊断治疗的需要。AIM To research the image quality of digital dental X - ray film. METHODS： Twenty - five sheets of general dental X - ray films and digital dental X - ray films were randomly selected from anterior teeth area, bicuspid area and molar area,respectively. The distinctness of dental root and periodontal structure was evaluated. The student t - test was performed to analysis the data. RESULTS ： All the tooth - root and periodental structure on film - based X - ray image were shown clearly. The tooth - root and periodental structure of anterior teeth were clearly shown in digital dental X - ray image, however, the root - canal and periodontal structure of middle 1/3 of root of bicuspid area and molar area in digital dental X - ray film were blury, Compareed to Sopro digital dental image, Sirona digital dental image could distinctly demonstrate the root and periodontal structure of low molar area. Sopro digital dental image couldn＇t clearly show the root - canal and periodontal structure of middle 1/3 of root of low molar eara. CONCLUSION： The quality of digital dental images in anteriodental area can satisfy the clinical diagnosis and treatment, but that in posteriodental area can not.
