摘 要:介绍ZYF-3型织物悬垂三维测试仪测试原理及其结构设计,仪器为光机电一体化结构,采用环形结构光法测量原理,由抛物镜面和光栅生成环形结构光,CCD摄像头获取织物表面形成的明暗相间等高线条纹,测试软件实现等高条纹及织物边缘的识别并完成数据处理,不仅可得到表征织物悬垂性能的各项评价指标,且可实现织物悬垂三维形态的仿真重建,为织物悬垂性能的测试评定及深入研究提供了一种新方法。A new drape tester, ZYF-3 fabric-drape three-dimensional tester, is introduced. The instrument is an integration of optical, mechanical and electronic. It uses the method of annular structure light as the test principle. Firstly, the annular structure light is generated by the paraboloid and the raster; then, by using the Charge Coupled Device (CCD) lens, the light and shade alternating contour stripes formed on the surface of fabric are obtained; and finally, the software system realizes the contour stripes and the edge of fabric recognition, and completes the data processing. It not only can obtain each evaluation indicator that express fabric drapability, but also realizes the simulation and reconstruction of fabric 3D drape shape. It provides a new method for fabric drapability appraise and for further study.
