肺癌患者凝血功能检测及临床意义探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨肺癌患者凝血功能指标检测的变化及临床意义。方法:采用法国STAGO公司生产的STA- R全自动凝血/纤溶分析仪测定148例健康体检者和106例肺癌患者的血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib),同时计数血小板(PLT)。结果:肺癌组与正常组比较PT、TT差异无显著性(P>0.05),APTT结果较正常组延长差异有显著性(P<0.05),Fib、PLT结果较正常组明显增高差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。不同肺癌临床分期(Ⅰ期-Ⅲ期与Ⅳ期)比较凝血指标差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:APTT结果延长,提示肺癌患者存在凝血功能紊乱,Fib、PLT结果增高,可致肺癌患者血栓形成和癌细胞远处转移,因此,凝血功能指标监测对肺癌患者治疗具有一定的指导意义。Objoctivo To explore tile change of the coagulation function in lung cancer patients. Mothods To observe platelet （PLT） and prothrombin time （PT） , activated partial thromboplastin time （APTT）, thrombin time （TT）, fibrinogen （Fib） of 106 lung cancer patients and another 148 normal persons as control group, and compare the results of two groups. And review analysis part of lung cancer patients in different TNM classification. Results Fib , PLT in lung cancer patients group were obviously higher than in normal group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. And APTT were higher than that in normal group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, PT , TT did not change significantly compared to normal group （P 〉 0.05 ）and the five indexes did not change significantly compared to different TNM classification group （ P 〉 0.05 ） . Gonclusion Observation of Coagulation function of the lung cancer patients is provided reliable information for clinical therapy.
