摘  要:文中通过笔者在美考察的亲身经历,对美国临床药师培养模式的现状与发展趋势进行了介绍与评述。临床药学的概念和临床药师的社会功能已深入人心,美国药师已成为医疗团队和社会药学中不可或缺的一员。美国的药学教学体制也经历了曲折而复杂的发展历程,目前Pharm.D.(Doctor of Pharmacy)项目已成为药学院校的核心教育体系,当代临床药师均必修此专业学位,然而对相对成熟的Pharm.D.项目进行教学目标和内容的重新调整和定位的呼声也不绝于耳。同时,随着社会对药师期望的提高,临床药师的继续教育显得愈来愈重要,但目前继续教育制度尚未成熟,普及状况也不尽人意,有待更强力措施的推行。药师群体的日渐壮大,同时也增加了其就业压力,使得药师必须寻求更多的教育背景和资格认证以获得更强的竞争力。美国的临床药师培养模式还在不断完善和发展之中。Depending on the experience in USA, the author introduces and gives comments on the current status and developing trend of the cultivation model of clinical pharmacists in USA. The concept of clinical pharmacy and the social function of pharmacists have been apprehended by public in USA, and pharmacist has become a necessary member in clinical health care team and social pharmacy. Pharmacy education system experienced circuitous and complex development so that Pharm. D. program has evolved as the typical education system in pharmacy colleges and schools in USA. Current pharmacists must achieve Pharm. D. professional degree which is required to readjust its educational goal and contents demanded by more and more colleagues. The continuing education of pharmacists is getting more and more important with the much more expectation of society, but the matu, re continuing education system is not formed and not accepted by numerous pharmacists, which needs mandatory policy to implement. Because pharmacist population becomes bigger and bigger, they have more pressures in professional career so that they have to search for deeper educational background and more qualification certifications. In a word, the cultivation model of clinical pharmacists in USA is keeping in consummation and development.
