摘　　要：本体作为语义Web的重要组成部分,在国内外得到了许多科研人员的关注,并被广泛地应用到计算机科学的众多领域,如知识表示、共享和重用、语义建模等方面。在分析课程的知识结构的基础上,建立了相应的本体映射及映射规则,并给出实例分析,最后利用Protégé3.1和Jena1.6.1对创建的本体模型进行了验证,以期实现某种程度上的知识共享和重用。Ontology is an important part of semantic web, which is studied by many researchers and applied to computer science domains such as knowledge representation, knowledge sharing and reuse and semantic modeling, etc. Based on the analysis of knowledge structure of curriculum, corresponding ontology mapping and mapping rules are established. Then, the example is introduced. Finally, the established ontology model with Protégé3.1 and Jenal.6.1 is verified to realize knowledge sharing and reuse to some extent.
