摘  要:介绍复合轮系的基本设计思想和流程,阐明在Pro/E软件中运用参数化建模和虚拟装配功能设计复合轮系的过程,并且运用Mechanism模块对复合轮系进行运动仿真分析,证明了设计方案的合理性和正确性。实例表明Pro/E软件在新产品设计中具有提高设计质量,缩短设计周期,降低设计成本等优点。The basic designing concept and flow is introduced, the process ior the designing of compound gear trains is first described which is based on parameterization modeling and virtual assembly function of Pro/E software, and the kinematics simulation is carried out by using the module of "mechanism" of Pro/E, the feasibility and the correctness of the design proposal are proved. The example indicates that design of new products with Pro/E software have following advantages, such as improving the quality of product, shortening the time of designing, reducing the cost of designing and so on.
