摘　　要：首先介绍了管理对象定义指南（ＧＤＭＯ）的主要特点，然后从语义分析的角度讨论了ＧＤＭＯ的语义，从而实现从ＧＤＭＯ到面向对象语言的自动转换。Mobile telephone tariff and its existing problems in China have been analysed. According to tariff cost,a charge standard which is one way charge and could be considered as one of reform directions for the tariff in the country is given.
