京津冀都市圈农业合作战略研究

摘　　要：根据区域合作和一体化理论,比较长三角经济圈、珠三角经济圈、京津冀都市圈区域合作进程,研究京津冀都市圈合作的一般要求和农业合作的特点,比较北京农业和承德农业优劣势及农业资源情况,分析北京发展都市型现代农业为京津冀都市圈农业合作产生的动力,考察京承农业合作的现状以及对承德农业发展和北京环境保护、水资源涵养的成效,根据京承农业合作典型案例启示,结合区域农业合作实际和发展趋势,提出京津冀都市圈农业合作战略与合作框架协议的对策。The thesis focuses on theory of the Regional Economic Cooperation and Integration, on the developing progress of cooperation among Yangtz River Delta Area, Pearl River Delta Area and Beijing-Tianjin Municipal Circle, Analyzing the agricultural resource in the Beijing-Tianjin Municipal Circle, the condition of market guarantee. At last, the Agriculture Corporate Strategy and Cooperation Agreement of Urban Circle Around Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei were put forwarded. Hebei District around Beijing and Tianjing should be developed into six basements, They are ecosystem and water system protection, green farming products application basement, fanning products processing and supplying basement, conversion of research achievement basement, nature and culture tourist basemen and worker export basement.
