摘　　要：建立复方木糖醇电解质注射液中木糖醇含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。采用Bio-rad HPX-87H有机酸分析柱,流动相为0.0025mol·L^-1硫酸水溶液,流速为0.5mL·min^-1;检测波长为202nm。木糖醇在0.5003-1.5009mg范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997;平均回收率为100.9%,RSD为1.07%（n=9）。本方法操作简便,重现性好,可用于复方木糖醇电解质注射液中木糖醇的含量分析。A HPLC method was established for determination of xylitol in Compound Xylitol Electrolyte Injection.The separation was performed on a Bio-rad HPX-87H column with 2.5mmol·L^-1 sulfuric solution as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.5mL·min^-1,The detection wavelength was 202nm.The linearity was obtained between a range from 0.4003-1.5009mg（r=0.9997）.The average recovery was 100.9% and RSD was 1.07%（n = 9）.The results show that the method is easy and reproducible,and it can be used to analyze xylitol qualitatively and quantitatively in Compound Xylitol Electrolyte Injection.
