摘　　要：坯料尺寸设计是中板生产中的重要环节之一,坯料尺寸设计的合理与否直接影响中板生产中钢的成材率和轧机生产效率。故中板轧制生产中的坯料设计需综合考虑影响成材率、生产率的各个因素,如轧制方式、展宽比和压缩比确定;设备尺寸限制条件;剪切余量及加热烧损等,然后结合实际生产中产品订单和不同的成品规格设计中板轧制过程的坯料尺寸。The slab design, which has direct effect on the yield rate of steel and the productivity of mill in the production of medium plate, is an important neck of the medium plate production. Therefore, for the slab design of medium plate production, all of the factors which will influence yield and production efficiency should be taken into account, such as how to determine the rolling system, the broadening rate, the compression rate; the limited dimension conditions of machine; the sheared residue and the burning loss. And then, it combines the indents and different specification of on-site finished product to design the slab of medium plate.
