略论独立学院教师的定位及职业意识

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育大众化步伐的进一步加快,独立学院已从以规模求生存进入以质量求生存阶段。在这一转型过程中,除必要的硬件投入外,软环境管理显得尤为重要,其中教师队伍建设最为迫切,尤其是教师队伍对独立学院的认识问题。以如何做好一名独立学院教师为出发点,多视角讨论了独立学院的教师应该具备的职业意识。With the popularization of college education more accelerating in our country, the advantage in competition for selfgoverned college begin changing from college scale to education quality. In the process of this conversion, the software management appears especially important besides hardware construction, the teaching staff team building among them are most urgent. Especially the teaching body cognition problem to independent college. With the stand of how to do a excellent teacher in self-governed college, this paper expressed what fundamental cognition a teacher in self-governed college should have with different visual angles.
