摘 要:在Pro/E环境下对粉体振动给料机构进行建模、装配,将模型通过Mech/Pro接口程序导入ADAMS中。基于多体动力学理论和振动理论,在ADAMS中给模型施加约束和驱动方式,求解其固有频率,再进行时域和频域的振动分析,验证模型的可用性,实现粉体振动给料系统的虚拟样机设计。The model of powder vibration feeder system was established and assembled under the environment of Pro/E, then introduced into ADAMS through the Mechanism/Pro interface. Based on multi - body dynamics theory and vibration theory, the constraints and motions were disposed to the model in the ADAMS. The natural frequency was solved, and the simulation of the vibration in the area of time and frequency was carried out. The feasibility of the model was verified, and the virtual prototype design of the powder vibration feeder system accomplished.
