摘　　要：综述了大豆的营养组成、功能性成分和保健功效,分析了大豆的应用前景,并提出今后的发展方向,以促使大豆保健食品和药品健康快速发展。The nutritional ingredients, functional components and healthy function of soybean is summarized, then analyzed the application foreground of soybean, and give the development direction for soybean. So that the healthy food and medicine can be developed fast and well.
