激光虹膜周切联合房角成形术治疗闭角型青光眼

摘　　要：对属于眼外引流术适应症的闭角型青光眼２２例３０眼，其中急性闭角型青光眼慢性期１５例１９眼，慢性闭角型青光眼７例１１眼，行Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光周边虹膜切除联合氩激光房角成形术。治前眼压：３０．３３±２．５０ｍｍＨｇ，Ｃ值：０．１３±０．０１，治后经８—１６个月随访，眼压：１８．５０±３．５１ｍｍＨｇ，Ｃ值：０．２０±０．０２，统计学比较有显著意义，治前、后视力、视野对比无显著意义。作者认为该技术安全有效，为闭角型青光眼的治疗提供了一条新途径。From November,1994 to June 1995,30 eyes of 22 cases of closed angle glaucoma were treated with Nd:YAG laser iridectomy and Argon laser gonioplasty(ALG). These include acute primary closed angle glaucoma in chronic 19 eyes of 15 cases and primary chronic closed angle glaucoma 11 eyes of 7 cases.All of them had been performed filtration operation before.Preoperative tension is 30 33±2 50mmHg.Coefficient of aqueous outflow (C)is 0 13±0 01.And followed up 8—16 months after treatment,tension:18 50±3 51mmHg;(C):0 20±0 02.There is statiscally significant difference.There is no statiscally significant difference on vision and visual field.We discussed the ways of this technique,complications and the causes of affecting result.we think the technigue is safe and satisfactory.Its a new way of the closed angle glaucoma treatment.
