摘　　要：本文对１６５例２００眼白内障超声乳化及人工晶体植入术所发生的并发症及原因进行总结，并对防治措施作了初步的讨论。最常见的并发症是后囊膜破裂和角膜内皮水肿混浊。作者认为，产生这些并发症的主要原因是病例选择不当、技术掌握不熟练及操作不当所致。We summarized the complications of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation in 165 cases(200 eyes).The causes,and the prevention of the complications were discussed.The commonest complications were the posterior capsule rupture and the corneal endothelial edema and opacity.The authors indicated that the complications were mainly caused by the incorrect selection of the case,the poor technique and the wrong management.
