非超声乳化小切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术

摘　　要：本文报告５０例６０眼１９～７９岁各种白内障患者进行非超声乳化小切口白内障摘除人工晶体植入术。术中３２眼晶体核直径测量，平均为６．０９×７．０５ｍｍ。术后矫正视力９１．６％在０．５以上，１．０以上占８０％。术前平均角膜散光０．３９Ｄ（ＳＤ１．０８），术后平均１．７９Ｄ（ＳＤ２．１３），９５％术后散光在１．１２Ｄ以内。随访１个月，角膜散光为０．３０Ｄ（ＳＤ１．９７Ｄ）。术中、术后合并症少；与超声乳化术比较，该手术成本低，费用少，无需超声乳化仪操作即可获得满意的结果。To investigate astigmatism and visual acuity,in non phacoemmulsification small cataract surgery and IOL implantation,we studied fifty patients with 60 cataracts eyes,aging from 19 to 79 years old(mean age∶55 2 years),who underwent non phacoemmulsification 6 0 mm incision cataract surgery and PMMA IOL implantation.The results indicated that the preoperative cylinder is 0 39D(SD∶1.08),the postoperative cylinder is 1 79D(SD∶2 13)after surgery,95% eyes had less than 1 12 D cylinder and average postoperative cylinder decreased to 0 30D(SD∶1 97)in one month following up.The mean diameter of nucleus measured during intraoperations is 6 09×7 05mm in 32 eyes.The visual acuity more than 0 5 is 91 6%,and more than 1 0 is 80% in our cases.No severe complications were found during intraoperations and after surgery.
