多叶棘豆中多糖的提取、鉴别及含量测定

摘　　要：目的:考察文献资料方法,探讨提取多叶棘豆中多糖,并鉴别多糖及含量测定的方法。方法:采用经典的水提醇沉法提取多糖,利用纸色谱法鉴别多糖及苯酚-硫酸法对其含量测定。结果:提取工艺基本可行,纸色谱法(PC)鉴别多糖效果良好,标准曲线在0.006mg/mL^0.021mg/mL浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9925。结论:对多叶棘豆中多糖的提取、鉴别及含量测定的研究方法简便可行。Objective：To review literature data and investigate the method of process of extraction, of identification, and determination of content in polysaccharide of Oxytropis myriophylla. Methods：The polysaccharide was extracted by water and ethanol, identified by paper chromatography （PC）, and the content was determined by phenol - sulfuric acid method. Results： The technology of extraction was reliable. PC could identify the polysaccharide , and the standard curve of polysaccharide was linear with the concentration ranged from 0. 006mg/mL - 0. 021mg/mL （r = 0. 9925 ）. Conclusion： The process of extraction, the method of identification, and the method of content determination were feasible.
