口腔科临床医护人员个人防护行为及教育依从性调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解口腔科临床医护人员在工作中个人防护及教育依从性的现状。方法根据口腔科工作性质、血源性疾病的传播方式和自身防护的要求,设计了调查表,对240名医护人员进行问卷调查,调查内容包括个人资料,工作情况,过去一年中锐器伤及上报情况;教育情况等,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果自身防护的依从性较差。结论加强口腔医护人员个人防护知识教育,提高在工作中自身防护的依从性,及时预防接种疫苗,能有效地避免或减少医护人员不被血源性疾病感染,保护医护人员的健康。Objective To find out the status of how the oral staff do the self-preventions from the disease spreading, receive education and comply with the rules of self-prevention. Methods A questionnaire was designed on the requirements that the oral staff should meet and, the ways that the blood transmitted diseases spread and self-protection. 240 oral staff from 12 hospitals and 10 oral out-patient departments completed the questionnaire. Results Compliances with the self-protection rules were poor. Conclusion Strengthening the self-protection education for oral staff, improving the compliances with the self-protection rules, and timely vaccinating can prevent the blood-transmitted diseases from spreading or reduce the infection chance so as to protect the health of the oral staff.
