开阀速度对油气弹簧阀系设计参数的影响

摘  要:利用开阀压力与阀片变形以及流量之间关系,建立了阀片厚度和节流缝隙解析设计式。对油气弹簧开阀速度对阀系设计参数的影响进行了分析,建立了阀片厚度和节流缝隙的开阀速度影响系数。通过实例,对阀系参数分别进行了解析设计与开阀速度影响系数推算设计,并对两种方法设计值进行了比较;对阀系设计参数进行校核;对设计油气弹簧进行了特性试验。设计和试验结果表明,阀系参数解析设计方法是准确的,开阀影响系数推算设计方法是可靠的,对油气弹簧设计具有重要参考价值。Through the relations of throttle pressure with the flux and slice deformation, the analytic formulas of valves parameters design is established. Analyzed the influence of suspension damping raito to the valves parameters, the influence coefficients of valve opening velocity to the valves parameters was founded. With practical example of hydro-pneumatic spring,the valves parameters was designed with the methods of the analytics desgin and influence coefficients, the deigned parameters was validated ,and the performance test was conducted for the designed hydro-pneumatic spring. The experiment and design results show that the valve opening velocity has influence to the valves parameters, the design methods of valves parameters is accurate, and the valve opening velocity influence coefficients is applied for different style vehicle, having importance for hydro-pneumatic spring design.
