摘　　要：目的探讨准分子激光术前检查对于预防和减少手术并发症的重要性。方法对766例(1532眼)行准分子激光术前检查的近视患者进行回顾性分析。结果角膜后表面异常膨隆28例,眼底病变19例,角膜中央平均屈光度大于47D者13例,薄角膜10例,高眼压4例。结论完善细致的术前检查是准分子激光手术安全性的重要保证。Objective To explore the importance of preopevative examination before excimer laser refractive surgery on prevention and reduction of surgical complications. Methods Retrospective study was taken at 766 myopic patients （ 1 532 eyes） with properative examination before excimer laser refractive surgery. Results The posterior corneal surface of 28 cases was expand;Nineteen cases suffered from retinal degeneration;Central corneal mean refraction of 13 cases was greater than 47 D;The cornea of 10 cases was thinner than the standard before the operation;Four cases had high intraocular pressure. Conclusion Comprehensive preoperative examination before excimet laser refractive surgery provides an important guarantee for security. [ Rec Adv Ophthalmol 2008 ;28（2） ：147-148 ]
