摘 要:采用梅花状聚乙烯醇复合载体对芽孢杆菌(Bacillussp.)进行固定化包埋,研究固定化细菌在不同接种量、不同的油浓度下对油的降解效果.结果表明:固定化细菌的最宜接种量为5%,当油初始浓度为10—150mg.l-1时,固定化细菌对油的降解趋势是一致的.在相同的时间内,固定化细菌对油的降解率和CODCr去除率高于游离菌,120h时,固定化细菌对油的降解率可达72.19%,对CODCr的去除率达到70.23%;而游离细菌对油的降解率仅为41.56%,对CODCr的去除率仅为39.56%.A bacterium,Bacillus sp.was imbedded with cinquefoil polyvinyl alcohol compound carrier and used to degrade the oil in oil-contaminated surface water.The characteristics of oil degradation by both free and immobilized Bacillus sp.were then investigated and compared.The results showed that the optimal amount of inoculation immobilized Bacillus sp.was 5%.When the initial oil concentration was in the range of 10—150mg·l^-1,the degradation curve of them by immobilized Bacillus sp.was the same.The degradation rate using immobilized Bacillus sp.was higher than that of the free cell at the same time.The degradation rate of oil and CODCr for immobilized Bacillus sp.in 120h was 72.19% and 70.23%,respectively,and degradation rate of that for free Bacillus sp.was 41.56% and 39.56%,respectively.The scanning electronic microscope analysis showed the carrier microstructure of the gel bead made at the improved method were more suitable for the growth of Bacillus sp..The results demonstrated the potential employing immobilized cells method for remediation of oil-contaminated surface water.
