解毒疏络法对肺癌放疗减毒作用的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察解毒疏络法对肺癌放疗不良反应的影响。方法设立单纯放疗组(简称对照组)53例,放疗加解毒疏络法组(以下简称治疗组)55例。以放疗后血象、肝肾功能、免疫功能、放射性肺损伤的评定及分级、放射治疗毒性反应、中医疗效评定标准为指标进行临床疗效观察。结果治疗组血象、肝肾功能、免疫功能、放射性肺损伤的评定及分级、放射治疗毒性反应、中医疗效评定标准优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论解毒疏络法可一定程度地减轻放疗的不良反应。Objective To investigate the traditional Chinese medical method of detoxification and collateral - dredging for attenuation of side effects of lung cancer radiotherapy. Methods Radiotherapy alone group （as control group）consisted of 53 patients, radiotherapy plus detoxification and collateral-dredging group （referred as treatment group）consisted of 55 patients. After radiotherapy, the blood picture, liver and kidney functions, immune function, radiation-induced lung injury were assessed and classified; radiotherapy toxicity and efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine were evaluated. Results In the treatment group, the resuts of blood picture, liver and kidney functions, immune function, radiation - induced lung injury assessment and classification, radiotherapy toxicity evaluation and traditional Chinese medicine efficacy were superior to those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Detoxification and collateral- dredging reduces to some extent the side effects of lung cancer radiotherapy.
