摘 要:现有的在线馏程自动分析仪存在运行可靠性低、分析准确性差等问题,根据蒸馏过程的特点,研制出了一种基于多传感器管理器和模糊控制的新型在线馏程自动分析仪.将影响蒸馏的各个主要因素进行动态测量,通过多传感器数据融合形成闭环反馈,提高了多传感器工作的性能和信息的准确性.利用多传感器管理器实现调度、协调、分配和综合多传感器工作,使难以实现多变量模糊控制的复杂过程转化成若干动态简单过程从而实现模糊控制.型式试验和工业用户使用试验结果表明,该分析仪准确性、重复性、稳定性都优于同类产品,同时具有抗干扰能力强、适用范围宽等优点.The current online automated distillation analyzers (OADA) exist some deficiencies, such as the lower dependability in running and the higher inaccuracy of measurement. A novel online automatic distillation analyzer based on the multi-sensor management and fuzzy control was developed according to the characteristics of the process of the distillation and to the corresponding standards. The major factors that influence the results of the distillation were measured dynamically by multi-sensor. With the closed-loop structure of the feedback by fusing the data from the multi-sensor, the performance of the multi-sensor, the reliability and accuracy of the information were all improved. Sensor behavior assignment, sensor coordination, sensor deployment and sensor synthesis had been implemented by using the multi-sensor management. Those strategies decomposed the process which was difficult to be controlled with multi-variable fuzzy controller into some dynamically simple processes which could be controlled with fuzzy controller. The result tested in the experimental laboratory and the industrial spot respectively have shown that the accuracy, repeatability and stability of the developed OADA are all higher than those of the current OADA. The developed OADA has strong anti-disturbance and wide applicability, and can meet the need of the industrial demand.
