子宫内膜癌术前MRI检查的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨MRI检查对子宫内膜癌的术前诊断及分期价值。方法对27例子宫内膜癌患者术前行盆腔MRI检查,将MRI诊断结果与术后病理诊断比较。结果27例子宫内膜癌,MRI均检出,24例MRI检查能够清楚显示瘤灶的形态及大小,并对肌层、宫颈或邻近结构的侵犯做出正确分期,过高分期1例,Ib期诊断为Ic期,过低分期2例,IIIa期诊断为Ic期,IIIc期诊断为Ic期。结论MRI在子宫内膜癌的诊断和分期中有重要临床价值。[Objective] To evaluate the value of MRI in diagnosing and staging endometrial carcinoma. [Methods] 27 patients with endometrial carcinoma accepted MRI examination preoperatively, then, the MRI diagnosis was compared with the pathologic diagnosis. [Results] All 27 cases of endometrial carcinoma were showed by MRI, in 24 of 27 cases were clearly showed the shape, size and signal appearance of the tumors, their invasion in myometrium, cervices, and parauterine structures, and MRI correctly staged them. 1 case of Ⅰb was overstaged as Ⅰc, 1 case of Ⅲa and Ⅲc were understaged Ic separately. [Conclusion] MRI is valuble in diagnosing and staging endometrial carcinoma.
