摘　　要：回顾了制控气氛的发展历程,介绍了滴注式密封箱式炉及其机组的技术特性,对多用炉的密封性、气氛的均匀性及碳势控制等问题作了技术思考。在滴注式密封箱式炉中能进行渗碳、碳氮共渗、光亮淬火、球化退火和复碳等多种热处理,该炉及其机组自动化程度高,生产柔性大,适用性强,为我国广大中、小型热处理企业的工艺装备提供了比较适用的炉型和品种,发展前景十分广阔。The development course of controlled atmospheres was looked back. Technical characteristics of the dripfeeding sealed-box furnace and its production line were introduced. Views on leakpoofness, homogeneity and carbon potential control of atmosphere and other technical problems of the furnce were put forward. Various heat treatment processes, such as carburizing, carbonitriding, bright quenching, spheroidizing annealing, carbon restoration and so on, can all be carried out in the drip-feeding sealed-box furnace. This furnace and its assembly have high outomaticity and good flexibility in production, consequently are acceptable for small or middle-scale enterprises and have vast development prospect.
