摘 要:从比亲水量、能量守恒以及岩石断裂力学等方面分析了钻井液封堵特性和滤失量对防止井壁坍塌的重要作用。根据现场实例指出:岩石内部微裂纹在应力作用下的扩展促进了微裂纹的连接,随之侵入的钻井液滤液与岩石间的物理化学反应使岩石内能增加进一步加速了岩石裂纹的扩展,是造成井壁坍塌和失稳的主要原因。因此,加强钻井液封堵性能,降低钻井液滤失量,防止岩石与钻井液滤液间的物理化学作用是防止井壁坍塌的重要途径。The application of the sealing and filtration properties of drilling fluids in the stabilization of bore holes was studied base the analyses of specific hydrophilicity,conservation of energy,and rock fracture mechanics.In was observed that the fractures inside rocks became connected under the influence of applied stresses which caused the spreading of the fractures.Physical-chemical reactions took place between the filtrate through the connected fractures and the rocks,leading to an increase in the internal energy of the rocks,which in turn,accelerated the spreading of the fractures inside the rocks.It is this spreading of fractures that causes the sloughing and de-stabilization of bore holes.It was concluded that a mud with better sealing and filtration performance,thus minimizes the reaction between mud filtrates and rocks,will help in stabilizing bore holes.
