摘　　要：在新的医疗环境与形势下,临床实习的医学生需要不断增强法律知识学习,用法律法规来调整和规范日常医疗行为,在维护好患者合法权益的同时也保护好自身合法权益不受侵害,为今后成长为一名合格的医生奠定良好的基础。因此,在临床实习带教过程中,不仅需要引导学生进行专业知识学习,还需要加强其证据意识的培养。In the new surroundings and situation of medical practices, it is important for interns to enhance their studies of laws to adjust and normalize the routine medical treatrfient proceedings, to improve their awareness of protecting not only the patients＇ but their own legitimate rights and interests during clinical practices, to establish favorable habits for future work. So students should be guided to learn medical specialized knowledge and to strengthen their awareness of proof collection during clinical teaching.
