摘　　要：通过对某市5所高校2005、2006年参加岗前培训的229名新教师进行调查,了解当前高校新教师心理需求情况,探讨高校新教师心理需求所存在的问题,分析其形成的原因,提出解决这些问题的措施。This paper reflects new teachers＇ psychological needs in college at present, through investigating 229 new teachers who had taken part in training before work in 5 colleges of one city. In this foundation, this paper discusses the problems of the new teachers＇ psychological needs, and analyzes the reasons, then puts forward some possible solutions to resolve the problems.
