摘　　要：随着社会的发展,学科的绩效考评越来越受到重视。学科建设的绩效包含成绩和效率两方面,只有成绩和效率都比较好的学科,才认为其绩效高。学科绩效考评能更真实、客观的反映学科的发展现状,对学科建设具有重要意义。开展学科绩效考评,首先要设计一套科学合理的绩效考评指标体系,其次要组织具有丰富经验的绩效考评专家实施考评。Importance has been increasingly attached to the performance evaluation of discipline construction in higher education along with the development of sciences, The performance of discipline construction includes achievement and efficiency. One discipline gets the high performance when it wins good achievement and efficiency, The performance evaluation of discipline construction can reflect the current situation of the discipline development really and objectively. So the evaluation is of great significance to the discipline construction . It is the first to design a set of evaluation index before starting the evaluation, Then experts who have rich experience on performance would be selected to carry out the performance evaluation of discipline construction
