摘　　要：本文论述了在独立学院实施全面质量管理中应把握的几个关键性问题,即:确定领导作用、重视教职工素质的提高、做好各项基础工作、建构质量体系、加强实施过程的质量监控。The present paper elaborates on several crucial issues concerning the implementation of total quality management in independent colleges, namely, the role of leadership, the promotion of the overall quality of the teachers and staff, the completion of the basic and routine work, the establishment of quality system and strengthening of the quality control in the course of the implementation.
