音乐疗法在鼻咽癌患者放疗期间的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨音乐干预对鼻咽癌患者放疗期间体温、血压、心率、口腔疼痛主观感受及口腔黏膜状况的影响。方法将2005年4-10月接受治疗的76例初治鼻咽癌患者随机分为音乐治疗组与对照组各38例。2组患者均接受常规的治疗和护理，音乐治疗组在此基础上接受音乐干预，共持续15d。干预前后，采用疼痛数字评分法测量疼痛程度，运用RTOG/EORTC急性放射反应评分标准对2组患者评估口腔黏膜状况，同时记录体温、血压、心率。比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果音乐治疗组干预后收缩压、心率显著降低（P〈0．01），口腔疼痛主观感受显著改善且显著优于对照组（P〈0.05），口腔黏膜状况音乐治疗组显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论音乐干预可以明显降低放射性口腔黏膜炎患者的收缩压和心率，缓解放射治疗引起的口腔疼痛。Objective To discuss the effect of music intervention on the temperature,blood pressure, heart rate,oral pain and oral mucous membrance of patients during radiotherapy, Methods We divided 76 patients with nasophryngeal carcinoma into the music therapy group and the control group randomly from April to October of 2005.Tbe music therapy group received music intervention based on routine treatment and nursing, which were only adopted by the control group,All the treatment process lasted 15 days.We appraised the degree of pain and status of oral mucous membrane by RTOG/EORTC Acute Radio-Reaction Score Standard,At the same time we recorded the temperature,blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups. Results The systolic pressure and heart rate dramatically reduced （P 〈0.01）and oral pain （P 〈 0.05） and status of oral mucous membrane （P 〈0.01 ） were better in the music therapy group than those in the control group. Conclusion Music intervention could significantly reduced the systolic pressure and heart rate and alleviate oral pain in patients receiving radiotherapy.
