摘　　要：实行选教制,体现了学生在教学过程中的主体作用,促进了教师教学能力和专业水平的提高,调动了教师的工作积极性,提高了教学效益。但也存在一些不容忽视的问题,需要不断总结经验,需要进一步改进和完善。It is important to carry out the system of choosing teachers in the teaching reformation. On one hand, it can bring benefits to teachers and students, making the teachers improve their abilities and skills and mobilizing the enthusiasm of the students; on the other hand, problems arising in the process should be taken seriously.
