花棍在我国民间存在的价值研究

摘　　要：对流传于我国民间的传统体育打花棍进行研究,发现其是一项对场地、器材条件要求不高,技术难度较小,运动强度不大,运动量可随意调控,具有高度趣味性、娱乐性、适应性的民间传统体育项目。在其发展历程中,表现出传承体育文化,促进身心健康、民族团结、文化交融等重要的历史文化价值。在现实生活中,具有促进社会体育、学校体育及旅游业的发展,促进精神文明建设等重要意义。After studying Huagun, one of the traditional folk sports in China, people found that it was one of the popular traditional folk sports with low requirements of sports fields and equipment, with less technical difficulty, fess exercise intensity and the amount of exercise freely adjusted and with great interest, recreation and adaptation to it. In the developing of Huagun, it showed important historical and cultural value as it inherited sports culture and improved physical and mental health, the national unity, the exchanging and mixing of different cultures and the like. In real life, it means a lot. It can improve public sports, school sports, the development of tourism and the construction of spiritual culture.
