摘　　要：结合太原理工大学化学工程与技术学院基础化学实验中心创建"省级实验教学示范中心"的实践,阐述了硬、软环境以及队伍、教改、创新等各方面建设的有益经验和成效,为深化教学改革和提高实验教学质量发挥重要作用。This article integrated the practice of laboratory construction of experimental teaching demonstration center with province-grade at College of Chemical Engineering and Technology of T UY and introduced the beneficial experience and effect on construction of hard and soft circumstance as well as team, teaching reform, creativity in detail. It is important to deepen teaching reform and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
