摘  要:目的采用气相色谱法(GC)测定樟脑和薄荷脑的含量。方法色谱柱为10%PEG-20M(0.25mm×30m,0.25μm),柱温150℃,采用FID检测器,进样口温度200℃,检测器温度200℃,萘为内标。结果薄荷脑和樟脑均在0.4~1.6mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好,r分别为0.9995、0.9998,平均回收率分别为99.14%、99.04%,RSD分别为0.3%、0.3%。结论该质量标准的研究有效控制了复方氨息香酊的质量,方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高。AimA GC method was developed to determine the content of camphor and mentholum. Methods The column was packed with 10% PEG-20M(0.25mm×30m,0.25μm). The column temperature was 150℃. The detector was FID. The injector temperature was 200℃ and the detector temperature was 200℃. Naphthalene was used as the internal standard. Results The linear relation of the peak area of camphor was determined as 0.4 - 1.6mg· ml^-1 by GC with a regression coefficient of 0.999 5 and average recovery rate 99.14%, RSD =0.3% ,while that of mentholum was determined as 0.4 - 1.6mg·ml^-1 by GC with a regression coefficient of 0.999 8 and average recovery rate 99.04%, RSD =0.3%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of camphor and mentholum in Compound Benzoic Acid Tincture.
