摘　　要：分析了复杂多变的外部环境对传统管理的挑战,提出了横向基于流程对主流变革管理方法协同,避免多重举措的冲突,提供多重方法的协同效应;研究了纵向基于流程价值逻辑关系从战略到执行的综合,为企业整体战略的实现、整体绩效的提高和运行管理提供了对准与综合的主线;构建了基于流程的协同与综合的框架体系,为全面应对快速变化的挑战和复杂性提供了科学有效的手段。The impacts of complex and changeable external environment on traditional management are analyzed. The collaboration-in-latitude of main reform management method based on process is proposed to avoid the eonflietion of multiple actions and to provide synergistic effect of multiple methods. The integration-in-longitude from strategy to implementation based on the logical relationship of process value is studied to provide main line of alingnment and synthesis for the implementation of total enterprise strategy, the enhance of total performance and operational management. The collaboration and synthesis management framework and system based on process is built up to provide a scientific and effective method for dealing with the challenge and complexity of rapid change.
