摘　　要：目的观察33例脑膜瘤患者肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）、基质金属蛋白酶．9（MMP-9）的表达，以研究MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与脑膜瘤临床病理的相关性，为临床预测脑膜瘤的复发及指导术后治疗提供部分理论与实验依据。方法应用免疫组化sP法检测33例脑膜瘤组织标本中的MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白相关的表达情况。结果在恶性脑膜瘤组中MMP-2与MMP-9蛋白的表达率和染色强度明显高于良性组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）；在良性复发脑膜瘤组MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白的表达率和染色强度明显高于良性未复发组，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论MMP-2与MMP-9蛋白在脑膜瘤组织中的表达可作为鉴别脑膜瘤良、恶性的辅助诊断指标。MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白在良性脑膜瘤中较高的表达可能与脑膜瘤复发相关，MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白表达的检测对预测脑膜瘤的复发有一定意义。Objective To investigate the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 33 cases of meningioma and their correlation with clinical pathology and to provide the theoratical and experimental basis for predicting the relapse of menlngioma and directing the postoperative therapy. Methods The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 was measured by immunohistochemistry in 33 cases. Results The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein in malignant group was higher significantly than that in the benign group （ P 〈 0, 05 ）, The expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein in recurrent benign group were higher significantly than there in the non-recurrent benign group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 may help clinical differential diagnosis between benign meningiomas and malignant meningiomas. The high expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein in benign meningiomas is probably related with their recurrence. The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 may be significant to predict their recurrence of meningioma.
