摘 要:目的观察大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎证病结合模型实验35、51周的部分脏器组织病理。方法Wistar雌性大鼠,随机分为对照组、CAG组、脾虚CAG组、肝郁CAG组和肾虚CAG组。CAG造模采用脱氧胆酸钠和阿司匹林水溶液交替饮用加免疫损伤法,脾虚造模采用用耗气破气加饥饱失常法,肝郁造模采用钳夹激怒加肾上腺素注射法,肾虚造模采用MTU饮用法。总造模时间35周或51周。观察心、肺、肝、脾、肾、胸腺、十二指肠、空肠、气管、颌下腺等脏器的组织病理。结果与对照组比较:各实验组脏器组织病理均有明显的萎缩性改变;变性(坏死)改变方面以肾虚CAG组最为明显;炎症改变以肾虚CAG组较为明显;细胞免疫功能下降方面,以脾虚CAG组和肾虚CAG组最为明显;脾虚CAG组和肝郁CAG组有一定的体液免疫功能下降表现。与对照组比较,各实验组脏器组织病理改变的严重程度依次是:肾虚CAG组>肝郁CAG组和脾虚CAG组>CAG组。结论本实验重视慢性造模的证病结合模型脏器组织病理的观察,具有一定意义。Objective It is to observe the pathology of organs and tissues on CAG models combining syndrome with disease in rats which had been in experiments for 35 or 51 weeks. Methods Wister female rats were randomly assigned to five groups, including CAG, splenic asthenia of CAG, stagnation of liver-Qi of CAG, stagnation of liver-Qi of CAG, deficiency of kidney of CAG and control group. CAG Models were respectively induced with sodium deoxycholate and aspirin adding to damage the immune system, splenic asthenia of CAG models with drastic drugs adding to abnormal ingestion irregularity of food, stagnation of liver-Qi of CAG models with tucking rat's tail together with adrenalin injection, deficiency of kidney of CAG models with drinking MTU. The whole time of establishing models was 35 or 51 weeks. The tissues pathology of heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney, thymus, duodenum, jejunum, windpipe, glandula angularis and so on were observed. Results Compared with the control group, apparently atrophic changes of the tissues pathology took place in the experiment groups. Deficiency of CAG was the most obvious in the aspect of cellular necroisi and this group was more obvious than others in inflamma alteration. In the decline of cellular immune function, splenic asthenia of CAG and deficiency of kidney of CAG were the most obvious groups. The splenic asthenia of CAG and stagnation of Liver-Qi of CAG had certain declines in humoral immune function. Compared with the control group, severity degree from high to low of the organ-tissue pathology alternation of each group were deficiency of kidney of CAG, stagnation of liver-Qi of CAG and splenic asthenia of CAG. Conclusion The experiment thought highly of the pathology of organs and tissues observation of the models combining syndrome with disease has certain significance.
