摘　　要：多功能集成化的产品是技术发展和产业发展的必然结果,功能集成创新是未来产品功能创新的一大趋势。文中对国内产品功能集成创新的相关研究成果进行了梳理,分别从集成与产品功能集成的概念、产品功能集成创新技法、功能集成与企业绩效的关系、功能集成对企业组织与产业组织的影响等多个领域,系统地介绍和阐述了产品功能集成研究的进展及其焦点问题。The multifunction-integrated product is the result of the technical and industrial development, and the function-integrated innovation is a great trend of the function-innovations for prosperous products. Related domestic researches and key issues on the function-integrated innovations are reviewed in this paper, where the author systemically introduced the progress and focus of domestic studies on products＇ function-integrated innovation from the following perspectives： the concept of the integration and the product＇s function integration, the relationship between the function-integrated innovation and business performance, and the influences, inserted by function-integration, on enterprise organization and industrial organization, etc.
