石油企业实施绿色供应链管理的障碍及对策研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化和中国加入WTO,绿色供应链管理已逐步成为石油企业全面提升国际竞争力的重要战略,绿色供应链管理在中国还处于起步阶段,缺乏相应的研究以指导实践。在简要回顾国内外绿色供应链管理研究发展现状的基础上,结合现阶段石油企业的实际情况,分析了石油企业实施绿色供应链管理的障碍,并提出了相应的对策,从而为石油企业实施绿色供应链管理的实践提供参考。Joins WTO along with the economical globalization with China, the green supply chain management has gradually become the petroleum enterprise comprehensive promotion international competitive power the important strategy, the green supply chain management also is at the start stage in China, lacks the corresponding research to instruct the practice. This article is briefly reviewing the domestic and foreign green supply chain management research development present situation in the foundation, the union present stage petroleum enterprise＇s actual situation, analyzed the petroleum enterprise to implement the barrier which the green supply chain managed, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure, thus implemented the practice for the petroleum enterprise which the green supply chain manaaed to provide the reference.
