广州市2005年城郊2岁以下儿童喂养结构分析

摘　　要：目的分析2岁以下城郊儿童喂养结构特点及相关影响因素,为制定不同社区喂养指导重点提供依据。方法采用整群抽样调查,对11243例0￣2岁儿童进行家庭情况及喂养结构调查及城郊差异分析。结果本地区2005年1￣4个月婴儿母乳喂养率为78.60%(城区为75.90%、郊区为81.20%),纯母乳喂养率为46.20%,郊区0￣4月婴儿母乳喂养率显著高于城区,差异有显著性意义(P<0.001);城区家庭断母乳时间早于郊区,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.001);母亲学历越低,父亲职业越偏向体力劳动、家庭年收入越低及生育次数越多者,断母乳时间越晚;辅食添加城区比郊区更合理。讨论应加强母乳喂养宣教,进一步提高纯母乳喂养率,并根据不同地区的特点,有针对性地对家长进行婴幼儿喂养指导。OBJECTIVE To provide the basis for developing guidance on infant feeding among different districts by analyzing the struc-tural characteristics and related factors regarding children feeding among infants aged under 2 in urban and suburban Guangzhou. METHODS Use cluster sampling survey of 11243 cases of 0-2 years old infants to conduct differential analysis in family conditions and children feeding structure between the urban area and the suburb. RESULTS The breast feeding rate among 1-4 months old infants were 78.60% in the Guangzhou region in 2005 （75.90% in the urban area versus 81.20% in the suburb） and the exclusive breast feeding rate was 46.20%. The breast feeding rate among 0-4 months old infants in the suburb was significantly higher than that in the urban area and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.001） . The breast feeding terminated much earlier in urban families than those in the suburb and the difference is statistically significant （P〈0.001） . The lower level of education the mother had, （or） the more labor-intensive work the father tended towards, （or） the lower the family income and the more number of births, the later the breast feeding terminated. Moreover, the combination of supplemental foods was found more reasonable in the urban area than in the suburb. CONCLUSIONS Education on breast feeding should be reinforeed in order to further increase the exclusive breast feeding rate. Additionally, infants feeding guidance should be provided to targeted parents according to the various characteristics in different districts.
