摘 要:通过雪花膏溶液抗氧化实验,研究了芦荟提取物对雪花膏的保护作用,考察了温度、双氧水和紫外光作用下,芦荟提取物对雪花膏的过氧化值和羟基自由基去除能力的影响。结果表明添加8 mL芦荟提取物后:25℃下保温5 h,雪花膏的过氧化值比未添加时小20.15%;用4 mL体积分数为1%的H2O2水溶液氧化5 h,过氧化值比未添加时小16.63%;用紫外光照射5 h,过氧化值比未添加时小12.44%;雪花膏的羟基自由基清除率是不加时的6.43倍。The oxidation protection action of aloes extract in cosmetic creams was studied with anti -oxidation experiment. Effects of the aloes extract on peroxide value and hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity of cosmetic creams under the influences of temperature, hydrogen peroxide and ultraviolet light were investigated. The results showed that the peroxide value of the cosmetic cream with addition of 8 mL of aloes extract is 20.15% lower than that without addition of the extract under air oxidation at 25℃ for 5 h. In case the oxidation is under the action of 4 mL of 1% (V) H2O2, the peroxide value of the cosmetic cream with addition of 8 mL of aloes extract is 16.63% lower than that without extract adding. The peroxide value of the cosmetic cream with addition of 8 mL of aloes extract under air oxidation with ultraviolet light irradiation for 5 h is 12.44% lower than that without extract adding. The hydroxyl free radical scavenging capacity of the cosmetic cream with addition of 8 mL of aloes extract is 6.43 times than that without extract adding.
