摘 要:简单介绍了黄酮类化合物的结构与分类;重点综述了黄酮类化合物清除自由基的作用及其构效关系,紫外吸收作用及紫外光谱特征与电子跃迁的关系;同时讨论了一种源于油茶籽的天然黄酮的紫外吸收性能及其结构所显示出的良好的抗自由基活性;提出了将此类黄酮类化合物作为一种兼具抗自由基与紫外防护双重功效的天然产品进行开发的观点。Chemical structure and classification of flavonoids were briefed. Their free radical scavenging action, structure -activity relationship, their UV absorbing action, as well as the relationship between the UV spectrum characteristics and the electron transition were summarized. The UV absorbing performance of the flavonoids extracted from Cam ellia oleifera was measured with its structure and good anti-free radical displayed and discussed. The development of application of the flavonoids as additive with'dual effect of anti-free radical and UV protection in cosmetics was proposed.
