等离子束表面熔凝铸铁气缸套的耐穴蚀性能研究

摘  要:利用等离子束气缸套表面熔凝专用设备,对硼铸铁气缸套进行了熔凝相变强化处理。借助光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、超声振荡磁致伸缩仪、电子分析天平等设备观察和测试了熔凝、渗氮及未处理试样的表层组织结构、耐穴蚀性能和穴蚀后形貌。结果表明:经12h穴蚀试验后的相对耐穴蚀性能,等离子束表面熔凝处理是未经处理的4.48倍,渗氮处理是未经处理的1.36倍。随着时间的延长,经等离子束熔凝处理的优势更加明显。The surface of boron cast iron cylinder liner was remelted by plasma jet remelting equipment.Microstructure,cavitation erosion resistance and surface morphology after cavitation erosion of the untreated sample,the remelted by plasma jet and the treated by nitriding were observed and measured by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,ultrasonic oscillation magnetostriction strain gage and analytical balance etc.The results show that the cavitation erosion resistance of the boron cast iron cylinder liner sample which is remelted by plasma jet is 4.48 times of the untreated while the treated by nitriding is 1.36 times.Moreover,with the prolonging of cavitation erosion time the superiority of the cavitation erosion resistance of sample remelted by plasma jet is even more obvious.
