知识联盟组织间知识共享不足风险形成过程研究

摘　　要：对影响知识联盟组织间技术知识共享效果的主客观因素进行研究分析,在此基础上运用博弈论方法建立理论模型,对同行业竞争企业之间结成知识联盟进行技术知识共享的过程、选择和得益进行分析,证明当知识联盟合作方没有采取适当的风险控制和规避措施时,合作双方追求个人利益最大化的内部动机会导致知识联盟组织间技术知识共享不足风险的形成,对知识联盟组织间技术知识共享不足风险形成过程进行模型解释和理论证明,说明知识联盟组织间知识共享过程进行风险控制的必要性。In this paper we first investigate the factors which influence the effect of knowledge sharing in alliance,then apply Bertrand model to analysis the process, strategies and outcomes of knowledge sharing between competitive enterprises in the same industry, then we argue that when no risk controlling measures were taken by the members of alliance, there exists opportunism actions between the alliance partners, both want to increase outcomes by reducing knowledge quantity and even providing false information and this leads to the risk of insufficiency of knowledge sharing in alliance.
