摘　　要：针对联盟中企业资源保护与利用的"边界困境"问题,提出了一个基于资源保护和利用的联盟治理机制动态选择模型。资源投入类型会影响联盟治理机制的选择,同时随着合作时间的变化,投入不同类型资源的企业在联盟治理机制的演化上也会有不同的表现,而且不同的治理机制对联盟的价值创造有不同的影响。According to ＂the boundary paradox＂ problem when firms enter into alliances, this paper put forward a dynamic selection model of alliance governance mechanisms based on resources protection and exploitation. It is pointed to that different resources investment in alliance will lead to disparate inclination on the selection of alliance governance mechanisms; at the same time, different resources investment also leads to diverse evolution of alliance governance mechanisms; and different alliance governance mechanisms have distinct effects on alliance value creation.
