摘  要:目的研究锌对肝缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用,并探讨其可能的机制。方法制作大鼠肝缺血再灌注损伤模型,观察腹腔注射不同剂量的硫酸锌水溶液后,肝脏生化酶类及热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达的变化。结果硫酸锌10~20mg/kg可起到对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。硫酸锌的给予时机以手术前6h为宜。术前6h给予硫酸锌,肝脏HSP70的表达明显增强。结论锌可明显地诱导HSP70的表达,可能是锌对抗肝缺血再灌注损伤的又一重要机制。Objective To investigate the protective effect of zinc on hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury and discuss the possible mechanism of it. Methods The rat model of hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury was made. The changes of hepatic biochemical enzymes and expression of the heat shock protein 70 and then were observed after zinc sulfate was given through abdominal cavity injection. Results Zinc sulfate at 10- 20 mg/kg may have the protective effect on the rat hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury. The best timing for giving zinc sulfate was 6 hours before the operation,which could increase markedly the expression of heat shock protein 70. Conclusion Zinc can evidently induce the high expression of heat shock protein 70, which may be another basic mechanism of zinc withstanding hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury.
