Survivin在舌鳞癌中的表达及其与Bcl-2的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨舌鳞癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白(Survivin)的表达及其与Bcl-2表达的相关性。方法免疫组织化学pv-9000方法检测10例正常舌黏膜和45例舌鳞状细胞癌标本中Survivin及Bcl-2蛋白的表达。结果舌鳞癌与正常舌黏膜中Survivin阳性表达率分别为68.9%和0%,二者有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);Survivin的高表达与舌鳞癌组织学分级、TNM分期相关(P<0.05),与颈淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。舌鳞癌与正常舌黏膜中Bcl-2阳性表达率分别为60.0%和0%,二者有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);Bcl-2蛋白的高表达与舌鳞癌TNM分期及颈淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)。经Spearman等级相关分析,Survivin与Bcl-2之间呈正相关(r=0.333,P=0.025)。结论Survivin和Bcl-2的表达与舌鳞癌发生、临床进展及预后密切相关,二者在舌鳞癌中起相互协同作用。Objective To explore the expression of Survivin, one of inhibitor of apoptosis proteins （lAPs） in tongue squamous cell carcinoma （TSCC）, and its correlation with Bcl-2 in TSCC. Methods Immunohistochemistry pv-9000 method was employed to inspect the expression of Survivin and Bcl-2 in the l0 normal lingual mucosa （NLM）and 45 TSCCs. Results Positive staining rates of Survivin in TSCC and NLM were 68.9% and 0% respectively,and there was a significant statistical difference between them（P 〈 0.01 ）. Overexpressions of Survivin were related to the pathological grade and the TNM stage（P 〈 0.05 ）,and closely to cervical lymphatic metastasis of TSCC（P 〈 0.01 ）.Positive staining rates of Bcl-2 in TSCC and NLM were 60.0% and 0% respectively,and them was a significant statistical difference between them（P 〈 0.01 ）. Overexpressions of Bcl-2 were related to the TNM stage and cervical lymphatic metastasis of TSCC（P 〈 0.05）.There was a positive relation between them, and the Spearman correlation coefficient r was 0.333, P = 0.025. Conclusion The positive stainings of Survivin and Bcl-2 are relative to the carcinogenesis, progression and prognosis of TSCC, and they were cooperated with each other in TSCC.
